Win-Fit was established as I understood very quickly that every client has their own story and goals and the ‘one-size fits all’ blueprint being used by certain gyms wasn’t enough to support the client in their ‘fitness’ journey. Win-Fit objective is to support every client in Winning at Fitness – together.

Fitness can mean achievements in physical, strength, nutrition, lifestyle or mental fitness. The emphasis is on working on your goals together and honestly. The goals may need to change, there may be hurdles but WinFit is there to support and advise through every stage. I work to offer a variety of training activities to help you reach your personal fitness goals and these are listed under the Services section of the website.

The Personal element in Personal Training is incredibly important to me. I understand that every client is different and comes with their own story. Whether male, female, non-binary, young, old, heterosexual, LGBTQ+, white or BAME, my services are tailored to each individual and encourage them to be authentic in not only their fitness goals but their own development. Fitness allows us to not only look better but feel better and feeling better allows us to be the best versions of ourselves.

Win-Fit understands that fitness has to work hand-in-hand with an ever increasing busy lifestyle (whether professional or social), and is affected by external influences of body and lifestyle images that comes with modern day social media. It’s okay to have a pizza and a pint on Friday (I do!). A lifestyle of fad diets, high protein, low carb, celery juices is not going to work for everyone and nor should they. We will work together to ensure your programme works for your lifestyle.

We’ve all had to start somewhere – so after we’ve had a brief chat, I’ll arrange a free consultation session at the gym or where ever suits you best, to talk through your individual requirements, complete a health questionnaire and any disclaimers, demonstrate what a typical session looks like, and we’ll go from there. No commitment or pressure.

I cover many areas of fitness, each one tailored to fit your needs to reach your fitness goals. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss any areas in more detail.

Some clients prefer fixed times/days, and others need to be more flexible – I can work to a schedule to suit you.

 

Monday – Friday:  flexible to fit in around you and your requirements

 

Saturday & Sunday:  by prior arrangement

Typically a session lasts 60 minutes, to warm up, train and cool down.

However, I am happy to adapt and work around you, as you may need more flexibility.

If I am with a client I will return your call asap.

I can offer a range of payment options. 

 

For single bookings, you can pay by bank transfer prior to our session or cash after.

 

If you opt for a reduced fee block booking, you can pay by bank transfer before your first session.

If you need to cancel a pre-booked session, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice.

 

If you give less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be due.
